Nutrition that begins in the soil
SoilverseIndia was born from a simple observation: the same vegetables our grandparents ate now carry fewer minerals. Decades of chemical-intensive farming stripped the life out of Indian soil, and our plates quietly paid the price.
So we started at the root. We partner with smallholder farms in Tamil Nadu and Gujarat that are rebuilding their soil, we harvest at peak nutrition, dry in the shade at low temperature, and mill in small batches. What reaches your kitchen is a whole plant food you can trace back to the field it grew in.
